Payment

  1. A one-time non-refundable entrance fee of 400 PLN must be paid to Regent College after one’s application has been accepted by Regent College. This fee must be paid to the Regent College bank account: WBK Bank Zachodni; Account number: 56 1090 2617 0000 0001 0130 8577
  2. Students are required to pay their fees regularly and on time.The rates are determined by the Principal.
    The Faculty Council of Regent College has decided to reduce fees for the first year of studies in academic year 2008/2009. They will be 3000 zł. for the whole year. Fees for the second and third years of studies remain at 4600 zł. a year.
    Fees can be paid in the following ways:
    1. single payment (for the whole year in advance)
      1. 1st year - 3000 zł.
      2. ‘Zero year’, 2nd year, 3rd year - 4600 PLN.
    2. By semester (for each semester in advance)
      1. 1st year - 1500 zł.
      2. Zero year’, 2nd year, 3rd year - 2300 zł.
    3. Monthly payments (installments paid by the 15th of each month):
      1. Winter semester - 5 installments (October to February)
        • 1st year - 300 zł.
        • Zero year’, 2nd year, 3rd year - installment: 460 PLN.
      2. Summer semester - 5 installments (March to July)
        • 1st year - 300 zł.
        • ‘Zero year’, 2nd year, 3rd year - installment: 460 PLN.
    Interest will be charged on late payments at a rate of 45% per year. Regent College reserves the right to index fees according to scales set by GUS at the beginning of the academic year. Fees are obligatory regardless of whether or not the student attends classes to the moment that the student is not stricken from the list of students or the student delivers a resignation in writing. In the case of resignation, the student will be stricken from the list of students on the next day of the semester following the day that the letter is received in the Dean’s office.
  3. Regent College students are not required to make any payments to participate in semester or final exams including repeat or committee exams.
  4. If a student fails to make a payment for an entire month, the Principal may decide to strike the student from the list of students. In such a case the decision would be binding from the end of the semester.
  5. In order to receive an ‘examination card’ allowing students to pariticpate in the exam session, the student must have made the appropriate payments in accordance with this set of regulations.
  6. A student may be re-entered on the student list as soon as the appropriate payments have been made.
  7. If a student has been allowed to conditionally continue into the next semester by the Director of Studies (as stated in the Student Regulations) the student should pay an additional 200 PLN for each course that was not passed as well as all of the required fees.
  8. If a student is stricken from the list of students due to his or her own negligence, and is granted student status again by the Principal, the student is required to pay a fee of 400 PLN as new entrance fee. The Principal may also decide to wave such a fee at his discretion.
  9. The academic year begins on the 1st of October and ends on the 30th of September in the next calendar year.
