User

The individual who uses the service.

Rights reserved

Regent College reserves the copyright to the Service. Permission to copy, or present to the public in part or in whole of the Service or to use of the content and form of the Service for commercial intent must be granted by Regent College in writing.

Protection of privacy

In order to protect the privacy of the Users of the Service, personal data which are processed as part of the functioning of the Service are protected in accordance with the law on the protection of personal data as of the 29th of August 1997. Users are granted full access to see, correct and delete their own personal data.

Processing personal data

Running the Service means that Regent College must collect and process the following personal data belonging to the User:

• First and last name
• e-mail address

The personal data listed above is understood to be given freely in accordance with article 23, paragraph 1, point 1 of law on the protection of personal data as of the 29th of August 1997.

Accessibility to and use of the data

RegentCollege does not sell or lend collected personal data, nor does Regent College processes collected personal data for any purpose other than those which are indispensable to the running of the Service (with the exception of situations which require such actions by law), and the User agrees to such processing.

The right to modify data

Each User of the Service can delete or correct their own personal data which are stored by Regent College by using the forms found on the following pages:

Modification of the Legal Notice

Regent College reserves the right to modify the content of the Legal Notice. The current version of the Notice is published on the Service. Regent College is not obliged to supply information about changes made to the content of the Legal Notice. Using the Service by Users after changes to the content have been made is equivalent to accepting the new content.
